    USE OF WEBSITE

    This website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any content from this site without prior written permission from Thierry Cerpolet Photography.

    PROPRIETARY RIGHTS & COPYRIGHT

    All artwork, photography, text, and visual content on this website is the exclusive property of Thierry Cerpolet Photography and is protected by copyright law. Purchase of a print does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any image without written permission is strictly prohibited.

    LIMITED EDITIONS & AUTHENTICITY

    All works offered in limited editions are tracked and numbered. Once an edition closes, it is permanently retired and will not be reprinted. Every limited edition piece is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

    ORDERS & PAYMENT

    All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Thierry Cerpolet Photography. reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

    PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

    Each piece is produced to order on museum-grade materials. Please allow approximately 2 – 3 weeks for production, plus shipping time. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships. Shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer depending on the destination of the Fine Art print, except for local deliveries less than 100 km from Montreal in the Province of Quebec which are free.

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL

    Due to the custom made to order of all works, all sales are final. Exchanges and returns are not accepted except in the case of damage during shipping.

    DAMAGED ARTWORK

    If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact contact@thierrycerpolet.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage and original packaging. Thierry Cerpolet Photography will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

    DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

    This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Thierry Cerpolet Photography makes no representations regarding the operation of the website or the accuracy of its content.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Thierry Cerpolet Photography shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this website, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    MODIFICATIONS

    ÉDITIONS LIMITÉES ET AUTHENTICITÉ

    Toutes les œuvres proposées en édition limitée sont suivies et numérotées. Une fois l'édition clôturée, elle est définitivement retirée de la vente et ne sera plus réimprimée. Chaque œuvre en édition limitée est accompagnée d'un certificat d'authenticité signé.

    COMMANDES ET PAIEMENT

    Tous les prix sont indiqués en dollars canadiens. Le paiement intégral est requis au moment de l'achat. Thierry Cerpolet Photography se réserve le droit d'annuler toute commande à sa discrétion ; le cas échéant, un remboursement complet sera effectué.

    PRODUCTION ET EXPÉDITION

    Chaque œuvre est produite sur commande à partir de matériaux de qualité musée. Veuillez prévoir un délai d'environ 2 à 3 semaines pour la production, auquel s'ajoute le délai d'expédition. Les informations de suivi vous seront communiquées dès l'expédition de votre commande. Les frais d'expédition sont entièrement à la charge de l'acheteur selon la destination de l'œuvre, à l'exception des livraisons locales effectuées dans un rayon de 100 km autour de Montréal (Québec), qui sont gratuites.

    VENTES DÉFINITIVES

    En raison de la fabrication sur mesure de toutes les œuvres, les ventes sont définitives. Aucun échange ni retour n'est accepté, sauf en cas de dommage survenu lors de l'expédition.

    ŒUVRES ENDOMMAGÉES

    Si votre œuvre arrive endommagée, veuillez contacter contact@thierrycerpolet.com dans les 48 heures suivant la réception, en fournissant des preuves photographiques des dommages ainsi que l'emballage d'origine. Thierry Cerpolet Photography collaborera avec vous pour résoudre le problème dans les plus brefs délais. EXCLUSION DE GARANTIE
